Main Content

This resource introduces the Johari Window, a communication model created by Joseph Luft and Harry Ingham. It explores four areas of personal awareness: Open, Blind, Hidden and Unknown. The model shows how giving and receiving feedback can increase shared understanding, reduce blind spots and support stronger relationships within teams.
